Name: This does not have to be your legal name. It is used within the app so that coaches and staff can recognize you.
Email address
Unique user identifier (UID): When you sign up using social login (e.g., Google or Apple), we collect a unique identifier provided by the authentication provider. This UID is used internally to manage your account and is not visible to other users.
Business information (for gym managers or owners):
Business name (brand/gym name)

Business contact number (optional)
* These business-related details are collected during gym registration and may be linked to the manager's account. If the business address is the same as a private residence, or the contact number is a personal mobile phone, they may qualify as personal data under GDPR.
** Your name and email may be visible to coaches or users in the app to facilitate gym-related communication. The UID and business information are securely stored on our servers and are not made public unless explicitly authorized.

8. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
If you delete your account, your personal data is immediately deleted from our systems.
If you do not log in to the app for 6 months, and your user level becomes guest or managerguest, your data will be deleted after 6 additional months of inactivity.

9. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
